My Tasty Cheat Treat

**Very much like chocolate banana ice cream or a chocolate banana smoothie 

Ingredients:

1-2 frozen Bananas

1/3 cup water (add more or less depending on your desired thickness)

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

Blend all ingredients in blender

ew, I’m not going to post my weight.

Yeah, I gained a little.

Disgust.

I know it’s partially attributed from my period and not really eating the past week because of my side and no exercise, so I’m not going to get too upset.

After my doctor visit tomorrow and I get the clear for working out, I’ll hop to it. 

Oh yeah, side pain is gone for the most part :)


I messed up this weekend.. OF COURSE.

I left town to visit my friend in Visalia.

It’s not that I overate (except yesterday) but I made poor decisions when it came to eating.

I haven’t weighed myself considering I woke up at 4:00 to drive home and didn’t get back until 10:30 thanks to Los Angeles traffic.

Maybe I’ll get ballsy enough to do it tomorrow.

I can’t do fucking anything with my body right now.

I hate it.. HATE IT.

I can’t go work out like I planned, I can’t go jogging like I planned, and I can’t do the 30DS like I planned.

Nope.. all I can is fucking walk until I go to the doctor’s.


Weighed myself!

I’m 227 :)

I don’t know how that happened, but it did so I’m not questioning it.

I hope this has nothing to do with my whole side pain, but I’ll take it for now until I find out what’s wrong.

Can’t really work out and haven’t been eating much.

Due to my side pain.

I hate this..

Luckily I moved my ultrasound appointment to Wednesday so I’m hoping I don’t die by then because I really have no idea what this is.

About my doctor appointment today. :l

So, I went in there and told her all about the weird tugging and pressure I feel in my side. 

She obviously checks to see if I’m pregnant or for tubal pregnancy, test comes back negative.

Then she decides to do a pelvic exam because I have pelvic pain.

She pokes and prods and pushes and stares at my cervix, and she can’t figure out what’s wrong with me.

She says I need to go to the gynecologist to get an ultrasound, so I get the referral and I leave.

I call the gynecologist office when I get to the car to make the appointment in hopes of getting an appointment today (well technically yesterday now) because I was right by it.

I call, talk to some lady and find out that the next available appointment for the lady I was referred to wasn’t until JULY 9TH. YES! FUCKING JULY 9TH. I couldn’t wait until then because this pain is really fucking annoying, and what if I’m dying, huh?

So they tell me some guy doctor has one for June 11th, and I just take it.

STILL, JUNE 11TH IS EVEN TOO FAR AWAY.

I don’t think I can wait over 2 weeks to see how I feel -_-

Like, seriously?

I’m going to call everyday in hopes of bitches cancelling.

I don’t give a fuck about your STD’s, pap smears, and routine pelvic exam.

I care about NOT BEING IN FUCKING PAIN.

I mean, if it gets painful I’ll go to the hospital.. but I’m hoping it doesn’t get to that.
